PE7 Motion Tracking?

Hi all,

I know this is a somewhat advanced effect, but does anyone know how to acheive it with PE7 or some other plugin... just can't afford After Effects.

That is for version 2 I believe but the process is still pretty much the same in v7.

If not after effects, i would try and do manual tracking using the keyframes. But YES, it would be a lot of work :) (if the shot has a lot or motion)
