Clip to Timeline

When adding a video clip to the Timeline in PE7, it inserts itself in the 'Video/Audio 2' lines rather than to 'Video/Audio 1'.

Does it install in Video/Audio track 4??? If so your video's audio format does not match the audio format of the project preset. So if you add a 5.1 audio clip to a stereo project (or vice-versa) the video/audio will go to track 4.

I just tested it again, and this time it did install to Track 4. Sorry, but can't figure out how to fix. How do I change the project preset?

When you open PE7 you get the start up screen where yuou select your project. You need to select New Project, Chnage Settings. Not all projects are stereo apart from the AVCHD presets that state ''5.1 channel''.
