PRE7 download trial to Disc download

I have PRE3 and have downloaded PRE7 trial.Now I have purchased a PRE7 dics.Should I remove the trial before downloading the disc?

I would recommend removing the trial version first.



It's always better not to mix old and new installation files.



(Though you don't need to remove version 3. In fact, if you're working on any projects in version 3, I'd recommend finishing them in 3 rather than trying to open them in version 7, which does have some potential problems.)

I opened one of my movies that was produced in PRE 3 and it automatically opened in pre7 so I rendered it but could not get the media uncorrupted in the timeline.so i closed it.Now when I try to open it in pre3 I get errror# [\pre\backend\src\core\inputvalue.cpp-274]

As I warned, that could happen if you open an older version project with a newer version of the program. I'm sorry, coo.
