I'm on Adobe Premiere Elements.
I'm starting a video, I've imported the files and the music I want to go on the video, sliced the clip I want, put it on the time line and rendered it, it works fine you can see the clip box. But when I clicked on the Effects menu, the clip box vanishes, it still has the render line and when you play it you can still see the clip in the preview box but because the clip box is not there you can't put any effects on it.
Does anyone know what's wrong and what I can do to solve it?
Thank you very much in advance.
Clip vanishes when I go on the Effects...
I'm not sure what you mean by clip box.
If you're in timeline view, are you saying that the clip disappears from your timeline?
If so, press the \ key. This will show you your entire video project on the timeline. Be sure to scroll up and down to make sure your clip is not, for some reason, on an upper or lower video track.

Use the vertical scrollbar to see if its on some other track or you can use the zoom slider on the timeline to see if those are zoomed in or zoomed out.
