How to view .bup video files?

My parish priest sent me five video files that have a file name that end in .bup - for example: VTS_01_0 file type .bup

Is it possible for me to view these?

These are back-ups for the IFO files, which are used for play and control functions for the DVD.

You really need the VOB files to view or edit the DVD video.
