Premiere Elements 4 4:3 to 16:9

Hi,

I have 16:9 video and 4:3 video for my project. I need it all to be 16:9. I used the cropping tool/effect but all it does is make it letter box. If anyone can tell me how to make everything 16:9 that would be great.

Use the Motion effect to scale it. The Motion effect is already in the property panel. You may want to consider dropping the Sharpen effect on the clip afterwards.

As Robert says, scaling it to 133% will make your video fill your widescreen (though it will of course lose some of the top and bottom of the frame).
