I need help with Adobe Premier Elements 3.0. It will not burn to DVD. It ''crashes'' about 99% of the burning process. I have read and the suggestions from the forum topic ''Why can I not burn directly to a DVD from Premiere Elements?'' (http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.3bc42897) without any success. I have called Adobe and they refused to help me on this known problem. I am appalled that the Adobe will not support known bugs in their software. Anyway, besides using third party software or purchasing the upgrade. Can you provide any other suggestions on resolving Unknown Errors of Premier Elements 3.0? Adobe does not know the nature of the following Unknown Errors: 2130969344 and 2130932484. I use DVD R+ and have followed the suggestions on disabling Roxio/Sonic DLA.

This is usually the result of a program conflict. Often programs like Nero won't share the DVD burner with Premiere Elements.
The best solution is to burn your DVD files to a folder on your hard drive and then use Nero, or whatever your computer's DVD burner software is, to burn the VIDEO_TS file folder to a disc.
