Adobe Premiere Element 7

I just bought three new HP DX2300 desktop computers. The specs for them are.



1GB of Ram

CPU intel duel core 3.0

on board graphics

The OS is XP Pro



This is my error message [...\Src\WorkFlowRepository.cpp-190]



If someone could help me it will be great?

Also, are you getting the same message on every computer?



And at what point? When you're trying to install? When the program starts up? When you're loading certain media?

I'm also kind of curious about the computers themselves.



''New computers'' with XP Pro would indicate that they're actually at least a year old. (The HP site's manual for them is dated June 2007, with BIOS updates in September.) I hope, at the very least, you've updated them to XP SP3 and that you've installed the latest firmware, RealTek drivers and Quicktime.

I am installing it on a Single PC. The error message happens everytime I click on upload file. I am getting the same message with all three computers. I have two copies of Premiere. They both tell me the same error. Quicktime I have to look into that.

I think we're definitely to the point where you'll need to contact Adobe Tech Support. There's more troubleshooting needed than we can do on this forum.
