I am having an issue with the install, I have down loaded it 4 times now so I assume it is not a bad down load but when , because during the extraction of PRE7_TB_WWEFGJ.exe I always get this error message ''A problem occurred during file extraction. Check the disk space and write the privileges to the destination file''. I have plenty disc space, all spyware off, even turned off firewall NOTHING WORKS, see previous post with same problem no solution, anybody ???

Are you using Vista? If yes, are you sure you have all of Vista's security ''crap'' set up properly?

What service pack do you have for XP?
I finally got it to install, downloaded thru IE7 instead of FIREFOX, it shouldnt matter but worked. Thanks
