Analog Video Capture in PE7 - EP vs SP...

I am trying to capture a EP tape and am experiencing some dropped frames. The SP tapes work fine. Are there any settings I can try changing inside PE7 to fix the issue?

What device are you capturing through?

I am capturing through an ADS-550, Pyro AV Link device. Current settings are pin 1, 2 (up), pin 3, 4 (down).

If that's the case, I can't imagine that SP or EP mode would make any difference in whether or not you're getting dropped frames.



But I'd recommend you post to the Muvipix forum. Chuck Engels is the resident expert on the Pyro AV Link, and he'll be better able to help you figure out what's going on.
