Adobe Premiere Elements 7 and SSE4

I have searched and searched, but still can't find information anywhere on this question. Maybe I've just missed it somehow....

My question is: Does Adobe Premiere Elements 7 make use of SSE4 instructions on Intel processors?

Again my question regards Premiere Elements, not Premiere Pro.

Thanks to anyone with ''official'' information or a link to the same.

Well, looks like I'll be buying VideoStudio instead. It does support SSE4 instructions. I can't find any evidence that Premiere Elements uses SSE4, so I assume it doesn't.

And will it really make all that much difference?

Well, here's what you get.

It's hard to say if that will actually improve your video editing experience significantly or not.
